Women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense is a class for only female members. This class is taught by a female and male instructor whom both have extensive self-defense and martial arts experience, as well as law enforcement experience.

The class meets at 8:30-9:30 on Saturday mornings.

In this class, women learn how to defend themselves with both mind and body. Women will learn how to defend themselves while standing and while on the ground against attackers. Our women learn how to avoid dangerous situations, how to escape, and how to counterattack using techniques from various martial arts disciplines. This course also serves as an introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for those ladies not yet making it a part of their lives.

Our BJJ women will get fit, stay fit, have fun, and be prepared for whatever life brings them!
